Scripture in Hyperdrive

Everything is moving so quickly now. Faster and Faster in the last month and doubling in speed each week over the last 4 weeks and ISIS seems to be one of the main causes. ISIS beheaded 21 Egyptian Christians today which Egypt has vowed revenge, but ISIS has also threatened today that they are going after “The City of the Cross” Rome, the Vatican itself. (Revelation 17:4-6, 9-11, 18) ISIS is helping to fulfill Scripture and end time prophecy quicker than anybody else. (Revelation 14:11-14) The books of: Revelation, Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Joel all starting to blend together at an extremely rapid pace.

At the moment,  everybody and every nation seems helpless against ISIS. No one knows where they will strike next but my guess is that the United States will be hit hard and soon. They have not forgotten about us and they have already proved we are not untouchable. In our arrogance and gluttony as a nation and as individuals I believe God has lifted His hand of protection off of the United States. We are turning more and more from a Bible believing Christian nation, to a pagan worshiping of false god’s nation. Oh, we still give God the lip,service (talking the talk) but less and less we (those who claim to be Christians) are “Walking the walk”. We have turned the Word of God into a defensive weapon that we now hide behind to protect ourselves rather than using God’s Word as an offensive weapon to attack the enemy and the very gates of Hell itself! We are following Israel’s footsteps turning our backs on God and worshiping false idols and false gods. in the Old Testament whenever Israel turned their back on God he had them put into bondage and slavery until they repented and turned totally back to him as a nation and a people.

Going on at the same time Russia a King of the North of the Bible and China a King of the East of the Bible have hacked into hundreds of banks across the globe and have stolen billions of dollars. Why is that significant? Because it’s going to give our leaders one more reason to go to a paperless society and to accept some kind of a bar-code either tattoo or implant in our body with the idea that nobody will be able to steal our money, Social Security number, credit cards, medical information or any other personal information ever again. Of course this sounds like a great thing but will be playing right into Satan and the Antichrists hands to fulfill Scripture of the Great Tribulation. (Revelation 14: 16-18)

Also happening today the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu is urging a mass immigration of all Jews back to Israel. That all Jews return to their homeland is also scriptural. (Jeremiah 3:17&18, 30:1-3 50:4&5; Hosea 1:10&11)

ISIS — Makes a big OOPS!

If you have been following the news within the last few weeks than you know about the ISIS v. Jordanian incident. ISIS burnt to death a Jordanian pilot by the name of Moaz Al-Kasasbeh because Jordan would not release to ISIS terrorists.Jordan then killed the two ISIS terrorists in retaliation. Since then Jordan has launched 56 revenge airstrikes against ISIS. Jordan is targeting Syria and has moved thousands of troops to the Iraq border. ISIS has turned many Muslims who were on their side against them because of the burning of the Jordanian pilot.

Jordan’s King Abdullah threatened to make ISIS pay.He vowed to wage a harsh war against ISIS because this terrorist organization is not only fighting Jordan, but also Islam and its pure values.

Jordan has been at peace with Israel for quite a long time and this incident with ISIS may have made the bond between Jordan and Israel even stronger.

In the Old Testament the cities of Edom, Moab and Ammon allowed Israel safe passage through their lands. These three cities make up present day Jordan. Daniel 11:41 says that Edom, Moab and the leaders of Ammon will be delivered from the Antichrist’s hand. The leaders of Ammon are the Hashemite family, with King Abdullah II as its head. This family has ruled Jordan, whose capital is Ahman (after Ammon), since its inception.

There are several references that when combined seem to conclude at the beginning of the Great Tribulation, believing Jews will flee to Petra in southern Jordan, where they will be supernaturally protected by the Lord. In Matthew 24:16 the Lord warned those in Judea (Israel) to flee to the mountains when they see the Abomination of Desolation. the closest mountains are to the east and southern Jordan where Petra is located. Revelation 12:14 tells of Satan pursuing them across the desert as they flee to a place prepared for them. This desert lies between Israel and the mountains of southern Jordan around the northern and eastern shores of the Dead Sea. In Isaiah 63:1 – 6  there’s a description of the Lord coming from Bozrah in Edom after single handedly defeating His enemies there.Bozrah is the region of Edom were Petra is located. This indicates that when the time comes the Lord will declare Jordan off-limits to the Antichrist and give His people refugee there.

No other country is mentioned in the Bible as being excluded from the Antichrist control.

Russia in end time Prophecy! Part 2

If you have been keeping up with today’s news than you are aware Russia is taking action against cities from the former Soviet Union in an attempt to take them back under Russian control. In February 2014 Russia infiltrated the Ukraine by sending undercover troops into the area. By April 2014 president Putin openly admitted he sent troops there. Russia is working on establishing stronger alliances with countries like Belarus, Syria, Iran, China and India in an attempt to strengthen their now almost useless currency of the ruble. Because of embargo’s and boycott’s placed against Russia by the United States and other United Nation countries for their attack on the Ukraine and with the United States now using more of its own oil and selling it to other countries, Russia’s economy is suffering. The price of oil (Russia’s main export) has dropped from approximately $140 a barrel to below $50 a barrel. Russia will have to do something SOON!!

Scripture tells us in the day of the Lord’s returning: Gog in the land of Magog (Russia), the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal (Turkey), along with Persia (Iran), Ethiopia, Libya, Gomer (Ukraine), Togarmah (Armenia) and all his bands (house): “Georgia,Yerevan, Baku, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Moldavia, Yugoslavia, Albania, Istanbul, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Czechoslovakia” will march against Israel in the hopes of wiping them out once and for all. But God has different plans in mind. God says “Therefore, Son of Man, prophesy and say to Gog: “This is what the Sovereign LORD says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? You will come from your place in the far North, and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. You will advance against My people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, O Gog, I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me when I show Myself holy through you before their eyes.”

This is what the Sovereign LORD says: “Are you not the one I spoke of in former days by My servants the prophets of Israel? At that time they prophesied for years that I would bring you against them. This is what will happen in that day: when Gog attacks the land of Israel, My hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign LORD. In My zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at My presence.The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. I will summon a sword against Gog on all My mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hail stones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him.and so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make Myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”

“Son of man, Prophesy against Gog and Say: “This is what the Sovereign LORD Says:I am against you, O Gog, chief princes of Meshech and Tubal. I will turn you around and drag you along. I will bring you from the far north and send you against the mountains of Israel. Then I will strike your bow from your left hand and make your arrows drop from your right hand. On the mountains of Israel you will fall, you and all your troops and the nations with you. I will give you as food to all kinds of carrion birds and to the wild animals. You will fall in the open field, for I have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD. I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in safety in the coast-lands, and they will know that I am the LORD.I will make known My holy name among My people Israel.I will no longer let My holy name be profaned, and the nations will know that I the LORD am the Holy One in Israel. It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign LORD. This is the day I have spoken of.” Ezekiel 38:14 – 39:8

Russia in end time prophecy! part 1

With Russia back in the news many people are wondering if they still have a part to play in end time prophecy? Russia is not mentioned by its present name in prophecy, but they are definitely mentioned in prophecy and still have a major role to play. Russia will once again become a superpower and a major player in world events.

We have to go all the ways back to Genesis 10:2 to historically trace Russia to its present-day.Japheth was a son of Noah and Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras were the sons of Japheth.

The sons of Gomer were Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.

The sons of Javan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

The descendants of Magog settled to the far north of Israel (Ezekiel 38:15, 19-23; 39:3-5).

Gog is usually mentioned along with Magog and according to the Scriptures Gog is a person but is also a place.according to 1 Chronicles 4 Joel was a son of Simeon one of the 12 tribes of Israel and Gog was a son of Joel. But in Revelation 20:8 Gog and Magog are both mentioned as great cities whose numbers are as the sand of the sea.Ezekiel 38:5 – 6 tells us that Gog is the ruler of Tubal, Meshech and Rosh along with a Confederacy of other nations: Persia, Cush, Put, Gomer, and Beth Togarmah. Most commentators interpret “Magog” as Russia because Russia is straight north of Israel, all the way up to the Arctic Circle. according to this view, “Rosh” is a reference to Russia, “Meshech” is either Moscow or the people north of the Black Sea (the area of southern Russia and Ukraine), and “Tubal” which is always listed with Meshech in Scripture, is identified as a city in Siberia or an area in central Turkey.

ISIS

So who is ISIS? Is Isis some new terrorist group among the many now found throughout the Middle East, or is it just one more new name for a terrorist group that has been going on for thousands of years?

According to God and the Scriptures it started about 4000 years ago when God called a man named Abram to follow him to a strange land he was never in before. Abram also had a wife named Sarai. In chapter 15 of the book of Genesis God made Abram a promise that he will have an heir that comes from his own body. God changed Abram’s name to Abraham and Sarai’s name to Sarah.Abraham means “a father of many nations” and Sarah means “a mother of nations. Abraham and Sarah were old when God made His promise to them that Sarah would have a child and from this child would eventually grow a great nation. Sarah got impatient with God and gave Abraham her maidservant Hagar to bear a child which she did when Abram was 86 years old and called the child’s name Ishmael. When Abram was 99 years old the Lord appeared to him again and said to him I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. God told Abraham and Sarah that at this time next year they would have a child. Sarah laughed because she was now 99 years old. God told Abraham and Sarah that His everlasting covenant would be with this child that they should call Isaac and with his descendents after him forever.”

God said to Abraham in Genesis 17:20 “And as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him, and will make you fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly. He shall beget 12 princes, and I will make him a great nation. In Genesis 16:12 God said of Ishmael “Ishmael shall be a wild man; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.” (Known today as the Mid-East Arab nations including all the terrorist groups.) [Syria, Saudi- Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kuwait, Yemen, Omar, Jordan.]

But , My covenant I will establish with Isaac whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.”

In the Old Testament God told Moses and later Joshua not to fear any of the enemy they shall encounter, but to destroy every man woman and child so they would destroy all their enemy and no future generations would be able to trouble them. If Israel would’ve listened to God then we would not have the trouble we have today. In Numbers21:34&35 God said to Moses “Do not fear the King of Bashan, for I have delivered him into your hand, with all his people and his land; and you shall do to him as you did to Sihon King of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon.” “so they defeated him, his sons, and all his people, until there was no survivor left him; and they took possession of his land.” But there came a time that Israel disobeyed God, and instead of killing every man woman and child they took the women and children as slaves. Because of Israel’s disobedience at that time they now have the trouble that they do in the Middle East.

Global Warming

So the last few days thousands of people have been gathering in New York City from all over the world to protest to the United Nations about global warming. Apparently people think that if the United Nations should vote to stop global warming that it is magically going to stop. It has taken thousands of years for the earth to get this way and it would take thousands of years for it to be reversed if that was possible. as soon as Adam and Eve sinned the Earth started to get polluted. The problem is that scriptural speaking we are past the point of no return.

People say that man is the cause for the global warming. That is partially true.Man has destroyed what God had originally created perfect for mankind’s existence.As the earth becomes more and more polluted people will blame each other more and more and especially point the finger at industries. But there are other natural disasters involved as well such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions which also contribute to global warming.

What many people fail to see is that Scripture says this must happen before the coming back of the Lord to this Earthso he can restore the Earth to its original state of perfection. God will use man to fulfill his plan, but people will refuse to believe that God is doing this. Revelation 8:7 – 12  states “The first Angel sounded:And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth; and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

Then the second Angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea; and a third of the sea became blood; and a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

Then the third Angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the Springs of water, and the name of the star is wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood; and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

then the fourth Angel sounded: And a third of the Sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened; and a third of the day did not shine and likewise the night.

Matthew 24:22&25 “And unless those days were shortened no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.”

Today is a new beginning

This is the first day of my new blog. Hope I can keep it interesting and exciting combining prophetic Scripture with today’s world events.

When the Old Testament prophets  wrote there books the words that the Holy Spirit inspired them to write was prophecy. In other words they wrote about things that didn’t happen yet. In Daniel’s case, the Lord told him to shut the book he just wrote for it was for far in the future; like about 2,500 years in the future. When the Apostles and other writers wrote the New Testament and preached about it, some was prophetic and some was already history. Things such as the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus prophesied by the prophets in the Old Testament was now historical fact when the New Testament was written.

So it is today! Things that were written thousands of years ago as future events are now in this 21st century historical facts.

Everything written in the Bible has either already happened or is very soon about to happen exactly as the Scriptures said they would. Every “jot & tittle” of the Scriptures will be fulfilled. No one can change it. Jesus said “For truly I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away one jot or one title shall in no wise pass away till all has been fulfilled” (Matthew 5:18).

A “jot” means a (dot) over a letter as in “i”; a “tittle” is a line that crosses through a letter as in “t”.
